Rastafari Speaks

Re: There is always one-Impersonating a Black Man

Afrikan Americans, or is it all Americans have a way of using esoteric language. Perhaps they are not aware of our presence. So for we who don't overstand, Mother Kween, what is a coon? I know it sounds like racoon, but what does it mean in the context of the story? And who's stealing who's identity. Pardon me I haven't really being following the Trayvon Martin saga so closely. Everybody seems to have watched a video or two about it, while I'm unable to access "You-Tube" from where I am. I do remember hearing something about a 'Million Hoodie March' in protest and crying out 'racism.' A church girl from my village says about the saga that injustice is about sin and not about skin.
