u don't have to use ganja to be rasta. if u can't smoke it then u can always eat or drink it, it's easier to disguise that way anyway.

Hail Ramzi, As Natural black said you dont have to smoke ganja to be rasta, they are so much other things you do with it, you can make it into tea, cook with it, even add it to your bake items which i have done it goes well with close to everything

this journey was never just for those who can smoke the ganja but those who can endure the trials and tribulations to the end.

Blessings and Hotep

Very true Princess,

I'm still in high school. I've been in trouble with my parents for smoking ganja many times. And at this time I cannot use herb at all.  I've explained Rastafrai to them.  They listened but don't agree...but they known there's somethin right about it because of the way I live. Ganja is important, but rasta's in the heart and not on the head.  Don't get cought  up in just outside trappings. Many people smoke ganja, but not as a sacrament.  Be carefull bredren, put Jah first.  Trails and storms make you stronger.  " I and I no exspect to be justified by the laws of men"

bless

Doubtless, you've received good advice. And in a land so far away from Rasta, it must be hard. But tribulation is a mark of growth. THe sacament is sacriledge, to seek to kip belief in InI and the word of the most high is already a show of yo good faith. But sacriledge is in fact in respect of the word, the same that talks of peace and harmony. To live in Sweden, you must kip the law of Sweden. But the sacrament must be observed. So sing praises to the most high, eat da ganja, but respek the people.

One Love

As most say you do not need Ganja to be Rasta.  Just as the dreads don't make the rasta but the rasta make the dreads for someone who isnt rasta can have dreads and someone who is rasta doesn't need to have dreads.  Although I dun think that someone who is not rasta should have dreads becasue it gets a little confusing then but who am I or anyone for that matter to tel someone what they can or can't do due to the fact of who they are.

If you live in Sweden,

then a good place to go would be Holland, as you can digest/smoke Ganja Legally.

but then you dont really have to listen to the law; it is made up my a bunch of facist politicains. if they wont respect your beliefs then why should you respect their belief that Ganja isnt 'socially acceptable'.
I dont have this problem as i live in australia where Ganja is bassically legal.

You dont have to smoke the ganja to be rasta though.
But. Smoke em if ya got em.
