As the pages of my life's story are continuously turning,
The desire in my heart is forever burning,
Burning is the desire to fill in my heart that empty space,
In my heart the desire has been seeking  a familiar face,
A face I have sought to see clearly for what seems to have been an eternity,
And I fight,yes I fight to bring the face closer for a better view,the fight lasts so long it forces me to the brink of insanity,
Insanity is to continue the samething over and over and expect a different result,
To expect a different result from this insanity would be a great insult,
I had been held so long in my own captivity,
That I had forgotten what it meant to be truly free,
Ignorance is anything but bliss,
If I wasnt careful I would get what I wish,
I had fallen for treachery and deceit,
Fighting with the world,but the world wasnt the one I needed to defeat,
My enemy was the one who was closest to me,
So blinded by HATRED that I couldnt see,
After all this time I couldnt imagine who the face of this could be,
After all this time I had been searching for this person,this face,That I could finally see,the face of this person I had been searching for,it belonged to me...
