C/0 Jamaa Green & Peace, Inc Telephone: 978-459-5382 Website: www.yohe.org E-mail: yohe@yohe.org P.O Box 1938 Framingham, Massachusetts 01701 U.S.A Dear Sir, Madam I am YOHE BASUMINE MBUYU, a Congolese artist, musician & Civil Rights activist and former Refugee, representing the victims of war and Genocide in The Democratic Republic of The Congo. The Democratic Republic of The Congo (Former ZAIRE) is where Muhammad ALI fought and won “The rumble in the jungle” against George FOREMAN in 1974 (The Battle Of The Century). Since August of 1998, The Democratic Republic of The Congo was invaded by Rwanda and Uganda in serious violation of The United Nations Charter, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in contradiction of laws and moral values that rule contemporary civilization. There was Genocide in The Democratic Republic of The Congo, which resulted in more than Four (4) Million deaths. Innumerable rapes on women and children are still being perpetrated by invading soldiers, having as a consequence a very high rate of AIDS/HIV contamination, famine, deforestation and desolation. To protest against this mass injustice and the international community silence towards Congolese Drama, I‘ve recorded and released since July12, 2003 my debut album: I just Need Peace. In order to help Congolese women, refugees, children and other victims of this Aggression War, Genocide and Invasion, I am collecting Forty (40) million dollars from the profits of my debut album: I Just Need Peace. A portion of the money will be invested to build a Women and Children’s Hospital in the city of Kisangani (East of Congo) in order to treat and prevent the spread of AIDS/HIV contamination. The development of some schools and libraries in The Democratic Republic of The Congo will also be established. My music is available online at Apple iTune, Napster, Rhapsody, AOL and MSN digital music services. I am looking for Volunteers, Organizations, Medias and Music Labels to sponsor the marketing of my music and my project development. Through my effort in support of Human Rights and Moral values, I’ve created since November 2002 a Non-Profit Organization named “Jamaa Green & Peace.” The goals of my organization are to Fight against Poverty, Armed Conflicts in Africa, to promote Environmental Protection and provide legal assistance to Congolese Refugees. All Nazis and all those which had made a pact with the Nazis during the World War II were brought to justice to answer for their crimes of Genocide and crimes against humanity. Paul Kagame of Rwanda, Yoweri Museveni of Uganda and their Congolese accomplices should not be an exception to the rule for their crimes of Invasion, War and Genocide in The Democratic Republic of The Congo. I am asking the entire world for assistance to help The Democratic Republic of The Congo and Congolese people as they assisted and continue to assist all innocent Victims of war, Genocide and natural calamities. With kindest regards and warmest wishes for a Peaceful World, I remain, Sincerely and fraternally, YOHE BASUMINE MBUYU This is a letter that was sent to me from my good friend YOHE BUSUMINE MBUYU regarding the genocide in the KONGO. If anybody wants to by A CD or contact yohe please go to his website to leave a message or sample the music. Its also strategically located in the centre of afrika. If there ever was a war in our great continent. Who ever had control of this blessed country kongo and its great resources would surely be victorious. kING Kabila had known of the threat that was coming to the kongolese people and their country. As soon as he had won control of the great country in 1997, he begun preparing the national army for war and manufacturing guns and ammunition to launch an atack against their little neighbours ruwanda and uganda. But sadly he never did fulfil his plans as he was murdered. It would have been a great victory for afrikans in our cause if he had accomplished his mission. As the honourable chairman of the UHURU socialist movement once said, "If Afrika was a gun then Kongo would be the trigger !!BANG!! BANG!!"
