Title: Diet and Exercise

The Supreme Creator blesses those who see that the importance of enjoying good health is obeying the Divine Law. The Black race would be well advised to stay away from poison foods such as meat (especially the filthy flesh of swine full of worms), sweets, tobacco and the poison weeds. The Conquerors (the white race) run a race of commercialization on divinely forbidden foods, drinks and drugs in any form. They know they are not good for us to consume that they are cause of many diseases and mental deficiencies. However the conquerors advise us to consume them since they seek to shorten our lives.

The shaman priests, priestesses of our Indigenous ancestors who were taught by the best teacher - NATURE, taught other people and tribes as well that a proper diet and regular exercise was important to not only to look and feel good but was the option of doing Divine Law. But since slavery many Africans are too brainwashed and undisciplined to follow a proper regimen of nutrition and fitness training. They eat meat like beats three or four times a day, drink poison (soda and alcohol) and indulge in various hallucinogens only doing harm to themselves. Rather than seeing them as prohibitions, weak people do not care they think of these unnatural products as a way of life.  

Let us remember our ancestors the indigenous people of this planet, followed Nature as their way. They didn't eat like animals all the time eating themselves to death. They ate the proper food once a day, food that kept them living a long time (many lived more than 500 years!). They ate raw fruits and vegetables to help rid the body of toxins and add fiber. They ate vegetables, pure fresh milk, seeds (sesame, sunflower) and lots of water (good for skin tone). They were on a natural high and didn't need substances, through deep breathing, meditation and a basic components of exercise: stretching, Yoga, aerobics and weigh training they knew how to connect their physical energy to the Great Spirit, the Creator and Mother of all things in this universe.

Some people are foolish enough to think their appetite is their God, but we humans by nature have made to CONTROL ourselves if we want to. What is more important than caring for our own health?? The lack of exercise, the habit of eating animal flesh, greasy food, drink alcohol and being drug addicts produce rapid and violent death or ZOMBIFICATION. The people who slaughtered millions of our ancestors were not taught how to live a long live. They will not teach us either. Africans, you definitely got to take care of your body.
