Higher Reasoning

« on: February 10, 2004, 02:33:18 PM »

Greetings.

I wanted to ask if people would like to share some information on the way in which inter-tribal relations changed after the introduction of colonialism to Africa. Much of the tribal warfare that plagues parts of Africa today are results of colonial incursion into the area . .. upsetting the previous structures of societies.

indeed there were some tribal and ethnic rivlary prior to colonialism as well which colonialism intensified drastically.

what information do ones have on this topic . ..  pre-colonial versus  colonial relations between peoples in African countries.

give thanks.
