BANTU KELANI

AFRICAN WISDOM

I don't want to impose on you in any way SISTAH.

BUT THIS IS WHAT YOU MAKE ME FEEL !
YOUR WORDS RING OUT SO TRUE
LIVE AND DIRECT.

You are
You are to me so real
So strong
Strong in nature
Strong in wisdom
Strong in knowledge
Strong in overstanding of I-self
A beautifully strong
BLACK WOMAN
With such great love for your own
You are to me
One of these wonderful -black- moments
That continue on in my mind
On to  infinity
You turn the flicker to a flame
You've helped me rediscover my name
Helped me eleviate the pain
To elevate
And staved of the rain
To re-embrace our space
When I read your words
I read you
You warm my heart
And awaken my soul
You escalate my thoughts
Thank you for your eloquence on I and I
BLACKNESS
We MUST say it loud
We are BLACK !
And we are PROUD !

Sister KELANI  !!!

A very gifted scholar of  BLACK awareness
Keep leading us to the light
Blessed!
Guidance !
Thank you.

Your thoughtfulness is shining brother.
It's dark and my eyes are stuck on your fervor, causing me to react by thinking even deeper, connecting you to origination... can't take my eyes off you until it is done.
Sharing feels like a build up... breaks the process of parting. Then build up again.... That's the point.
That's why I'm giving you energetic wisdom. You know it's love.

Grin Your tribute sent waves of pride through my body. Thank you Aldred, thank you really and keep doing what you do!

Thank you again sister Bantu Kelani.
Just keep shining your wisdom of light.

That was 1968. AmeriKKKa took away their gold medal for doing that.

Yes, it was the Mexico Olympics in 1968. The US Olympic sprinters Tommie Smith and John Carlos gave their Black Power salute on the winners' podium. They were banished from Mexico City just after this moment Shifty..
