tell....
me what i want to hear,
my ear hangs like a butterfly
wings flap through invisible air
lift.
feet walk on invisible sounds
reach.
proboscis drink of invisible thoughts
suck.
depending on the sweet invisible nothingness
dead.
there is nothing to hear.

listen...
to what i want to say
my tongue vibrates like a leaf
blade wave forth to materialise words
hope.
vein stretch forth to materialize excitement
green.
snap and fly forth to materialize passion
descend.
there is nothing to say

believe...
what i want to believe
my interest swells like night sea
thousand thoughts drown in inky blue
ignorance.
waves scramble forth from inky shore
escape.
water backwash and return me to an inky sea
endless.
the butterfly, the leaf,
the me.
