Misinterpretations or not, the main point I would like to get across is that the scenario presented by the prosecution has NO evidence that stands up to scrutiny to back it up, and in fact ALL evidence points to the scenario presented by the prosecution being, not only ill-supported by evidence, but actually IMPOSSIBLE. This is leaving aside the issue of whether or not Mumia shot the cop (which, again, I believe he did not... but that is leaving that aside and just talking about the prosecution's argument as to how he supposedly shot the cop).
