Clinton killed black people and dropped bombs on sovereign nations just like anyone else. More drugs came into the black community under Clinton than any other president including Reagan.

Tricky Dick Nixon truly tried to wipe out drugs if you want to believe in any of them. Roosevelt placated negros but still tolerated racist Jim Crow southern policy. Jefferson and Washington owned slaves.
