It would be funny to have all people repatriated to their original “homeland” but it would not solve the problem of the landless. The perpetual wanderers/roamers/migrants: Unless, one is prepared to eliminate them at the source; which would mean that the original land-holders must accept the responsibility for bringing them into existence. Cause and Consequences, perpetual wanderers equal perpetual compensation.
