Re: Change...What Change???

"How many darker skinned African phenotyped people who were equally as qualified to 'lead' were passed over(via by individual/mass choice or systemic opprotunity) for those in the numerically smaller light group to 'rise to the top'? The imbalance in the numbers and global geo-politics of colourism speak for themselves."
++++++++++++
Please give examples if possible of light skinned African political, civic or business leaders in Africa or America who fit this description (The imbalance in the numbers and global geo-politics of colourism speak for themselves.) While Im not disagreeing that colorism exist - but since the "numbers" speak for themselves, then we may have something to measure and not just share our collective opinions.

Also in regards to: "How many darker skinned African phenotyped people who were equally as qualified to 'lead' were passed over...."

How can such a question be answered factually. If we deal with contemporary history, I (think) we will observe that the Majority of African presidents are Black/dark skinned. If we look to revolutionary movements like Black Panthers (w/ the exception of H. Newton), NOI (what is Farrakhan considered), the majority of Black 'mainstream-leaders'/politicians mayors, governors, congressmen are Black dark skin folks - I didnt notice any 'light-skin' folks in the Congressional Black Caucus. So if possible, please inform me where you can point to contemporary tangible evidence where black folks were passed over in a leadership position, exclusively based on skin complexion
