Title: walking corpses
Post by: Yann on October 23, 2003, 03:46:26 PM
i just had to lift this out of tyehimba's post by Mumia in the general forum  http://www.africaspeaks.com/reasoning/?board=general;action=display;num=1066919778

"When a cause comes along and you know in your bones that it is just, yet refuse to defend it--at that moment you begin to die.
And I have never seen so many corpses walking around talking about justice."
- Mumia Abu-Jamal

this is so powerful and so true.. when we do not act on what we know to be true we are more than frauds,  we are indeed corpses, for to deny what we know as truth is to kill the best part of us.. something to reflect on...
