Title: The Petition to Keep CBS from Airing Racist Survivor Post by: afroerotik on August 30, 2006, 10:14:24 PM The thirteenth season of CBS’ Survivor pits teams of African-American, Asian-American, Hispanic and White players against one another to compete for a million dollar prize. This blatant and offensive example of perpetuating racism is unacceptable. The choice to air this racist programming is nothing less than sensationalism for the sake of ratings. It seems that the producers of Survivor care nothing about a person standing on their individual merits; they want people to be judged by the color of their skin, not the content of their character.
