What is the psychosis that allows us to accept them as leaders?

Where ever you find them, in the Caribbean, the South-West United States, South/Latin America, Africa or in the White House; whether they go by the name mulatto, beke, bukra, or as I was called in my childhood "bekeneg" (T'n'T corruption of the term "bukra nigger") they all possess the same divided loyalty and can never truly speak for all Africans.

Knowing what we know now the "one drop rule" would include the entire human population, so if we do not allow an Anglo, Chinese, or Semite to speak for us why do we continue to allow their progeny when we already know the outcome?
