Even if she wins this libel suit, the damage has already been done; because the outcome will not garner headlines as is evident by the fact that DSK's counter suit against his French accuser is now the headline.

Does anyone think that the NY Media and the NY DA didn't know that in the aftermath of an assault/attack a victim isn't likely to be completely infallible, and even if all her statements were proven 'true' does anything that she has done in the past absolve the rapist from his heinous act?

But in "Chaim'e Town" none of that matters, the DA was just looking for an excuse to throw the case out and ofcourse the Media figured they had license to print whatever lies they could to put it over the top. Even before this suit I knew some of the things that were reported were lies, the claims were so outrageous even bordering on farcical.
