So are all the people suffering from drought and climate change in Africa, the countless killed and left for dead in Haiti, and the devastation of New Orleans - were they all people fit to be punished for their sins? Do stories of the UN possible spreading cholera willfully or clumsily in Haiti and the gentrification plan post-Katrina for New Orleans - is this also punishment?
