Wisdom knowledge and understanding are not the things for InI in our callow youth but it seems when a time comes for I to sit in peace these three things may take over our consciousness.
Personally I love to sit quietly in Nature to see what bird or other creature may appear BUT generally Not people.
Even with this mindset it is impossible not to observe the habits of fellow human beings because as you have said before, "no man is and island unto himself". A continual lesson.
