The Rastafari people's movemant is not the same as it used to be fifty or more years ago, in those days they were few in numbers, comparing to how widely spread it is today. There is not a country upon the face of this earth, where you can go today, and do not find what can be called Rastafari people's movemant sympathizers.
Dreadlocks was a very despised and rejected thing, but today, so many people are wearing dreadlocks whether they are Rastafari people or not. There are also the Lockticians, who created employment, by twisting people's hair to make it look like dreadlocks, and they make a reasonable living from that occupation too.
There are other people who just let their locks grow for no special reason, except that they have the wright to do so, considering that they were born as a dreadlock, since there was no one combing their hair, when they were inside their mother's belly, so, each of us was born dreadlock, and only lost it, after the nurse or some one, brushed or combed the hair of the newly born child. We therefore have to be careful how we welcome a dreadlocks person in these days.
So, it is not the dreadlocks which people wear upon their heads, that make them an African Liberator, it is the kind of life which they live, we have to test the spirit, and observe the attitudes of each person. having a dreadlocks, since sometimes people can wear it as a mask, to interfere in Rastafari people's business.
In the meantime, each human being, has the right to wear their dreadlocks if they feel to do so, and should not be molested by any one. There are some bald headed people whon are more genuine and more supporters to Rastafari people than many with dreadlocks. This is just something for Rastafari people to think about Universally speaking.
Take the best care of yourself and your people.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to African people everywhere.
ONE BLACK HEART ONE BLACK LOVE.
Baba Ras Marcus.
