The word alien is an English word which means, that you are living in a country where you were not born, when you are not born in any country and you are living there, then you are an alioen regardless of which race of people you belong to, that is the true meaning of the word alien, get it right and proper so that people can humble-stand what you are talking about. So, any race of people can be aliens, if they are living in a country where they were not born. You may be an alien in the USA if you are living here and was not born here.
