I have draw references to various things which took place many years ago, so that they can be recorded in the history of our people. In the early sixties there were some Rastafari people living up in Warieka Mountains. They and some other Rastafari who living in Back O Wall in west Kingston, created some unity, so the Rastas from West Kingston Assended up into Warieka Hills, and they all were chanting with beatiful harmonious voices up their, and it echoed through the hills, and went down in the plains where some middle class people lived, at nights it sounded like hundreds of people were up their chanting, because of the echo through the hills.

Rastafaeri people chanting does not hurt any body but the police decided and raided the hills one early morning. They held two Iyathren, one sisthren and three baby boys. One brethren standing upon the hill, being held by one police man, another police man who was standing down in the valley distant away, hold up a steam pipe from a distant, and shouted to the brethren, remember it it is you that I find with this pipe, although it was the first time in his life that he had seen the brethren that morning.

So, he charged the brethren and the others for the steam pipe and they were kept in jail until the day of trial, now these brethren and sisthren did not own the pipe they have never seen it before. Well when the trial started this police man showed of his self telling many lies. Then the brethren who he accused got his time to ask questions. Do you know the ten commandments which iswritten in that bible which you just sware by?
He looked at the judge and the judge said tell him yes, the brethren then asked him to say the ten commandment in court, he could not, then the brethren said, did you know that it is written in the bible, that you should not bear false witness against your neighbours? Well the judge saved him from further shame, by saying, for technical reasons you may all go. And that was the end of the case. This reference is just to show you, that you do not have to do any thing to be dragged of to jail and be lied upon. This kind of thing is still taking place today as we reason.
