Greetings Baba,
Many thanks for your encouragements. I have been tardy it is true but life and its responsibilities seem heavier weighted now I have grand children and the family needs grow with them around me.
It is crucial to sit or stand and walk in the creation everyday for that quiet breathing space as you do yourself. It is indeed a privilege to be able to do so in the busy busy busy world. I walk quietly on my own whenever weather and time permits. Though it seems very crowded theses days as so many people are DOING IT too but they are too busy busy even then, talking to their walking partner or jog jog jogging along chitta-chatter all the way. They have no time to look at the waves or listen to the birds singing.
I took the children out for a walk yesterday and made them stop and look at the morning light on the water or come outside to see the full moon. They must have a consciousness of the natural environment they live in before they become technology addicted.
Once some years ago my niece who was about 6 and I went into a museum where there was a huge round slab of ancient tree . It must have been 3 yards in the round and the rings were easy to count. She cried and cried hysterically at such destruction of a beautiful object of creation.
Her Internal Teacher certainly arose in her conscience and awareness that day. It seems easy to listen to our Internal Teacher we really only have to take a deep breath hold it in and slowly let it out and for our senses to hear see and feel the truth of our life as human beings born of the earth and sustained by it.
If only everyone did it more often than not.....
Blessings
Sis Judah
