Pregnant sisters must always cultivate good attitudes before and when they are pregnant, because whatever be their attitudes and behavior, will naturally be transferred to that or those babies which are being nourished inside her while she is pregnant. The babies mind is like a sponge and will suck up any attitudes which is practice by his or her mother whether it be good or bad. It is the duty of the mother to cultivate and display very good attitudes for the benefit of that child who depends on her for nourishment as well as learning.
It is also the duty of the fathers to take good care of the mothers while they are pregnant so that she can cultivate good moods as she live from day to day, for the benefit of herself and her chlld, if she is not cared for and treated well, she can become distressful and miserable and this condition will be passed on to the child inside of her. All forms of drunkenness should be deserted and healthy eating be embaced, so that mother and child can be healthy during pregnancy until the blessed day of birth. Misery and drunkeness must be abandoned and be replaced by soberness and peace of mind. Take the best care of yourself and your people.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to African people everywhere.
