Jews are an ethnic group but certainly not a race, so if one assumes that someone is against Jewish people, they may accuse that person of being prejudiced, but not racist. The use of the word "racist" as it relates to Jews is designed to allow the Jews to appear to be the most persecuted people, hence attempting to claim the sympathies that should rightly go to Africans and other indigenous peoples.

Even the term anti-Semitic, that is often applied to Jewish people alone, is being distorted. Semitic refers to a range of languages and ethnic groups and not just Jews, so by co-opting the word they make themselves the sole recipient of sympathies as it relates to abuses to all Semitic people.

The intention is to corner the world market on sympathy, thereby excusing their naked aggression in the minds of naive/ignorant folks.
