The success of the original model was owed to its focus on people. In his chronological account of the Destruction of African Civilization, Chancellor Williams lists unambiguously, the many times Africans retreated and restored order out of the resultant chaos produced by the non-African intrusions, beginning with the Neanderthal infiltration, off the north-west coast of the “Black Land”
We know these infiltrations had no civilizing effect on the native Africans, for according to Diop’s research on the Libyans: “history teaches us that they were half- starved pilferers, living on the periphery of Egypt, in the western part of the Delta; that they served as mercenaries; that they settled in the Delta during a low period; that they were whites, and basically refractory to civilization at a time when the black world was already civilized.” Both scholars are in agreement that from “prehistoric” to historic times the Blacks fought countless battles in their efforts to stave off the eventual destruction of their civilization at the hands of “Whites.”

It is incomprehensible, why any conscious Black/African would argue against the elevation of the prototypical African man/woman to their rightful place as leaders or front runners of an African liberation movement, when the evidence suggests that anything less results in the maintenance of the status quo; unless their minds remain imprisoned by the interpretations of the usurped and adulterated original.
What distinguishes the historic from the pre-historic? On the website describing the journey of mankind, we learn that a “red ochre stone engraved with “tally marks” represents one of two of the earliest counting devices known to man, discovered at the Blombos Cave archaeological site in Southern Africa. Archaeologists date both discoveries to +/- 77,000 years old.

Why isn’t the history of human civilization dated from the age of the first “modern human” reportedly arising in East Africa between 200,000 to 150,000 years ago?

Maybe if it did, we could not stop our logical mind from linking the Blombos’ stone to the Ishango bone, then onto the Niger petroglyphs, into the Saharan grassland and onto Waset, nka (now known as) Luxor.
