Is this indian's form of "affirmative action" on a social level...?
Brazil is also doing an affrimative action type of thing as well.
I know what the Indian govt is trying to do but it is like putting a bandaid over a gaping wound.
I too wonder what will happen if the Indian govt renigs on the money...
Will they create a wider gap between the two groups..??..(as if the gap could really get too much wider)...
There is really no easy solution to this problem that has existed for centuries.
But I just dont think money will be the answer.
