The first stage of oppression and destruction by the hands of the Earth’s enemies was the demonization and inferiorization of wombmen (mothers, sisters, wives, daughters), which encompassed a complete denial and defiance of feminine/natural (cyclical) truths. With that established mindset came the subjugation of all who were closest to nature: wombmen and indigenous.
Pagans and heathens, (anyone outside of the influences of the Big Three Religions), accepted feminine and natural truths/power. It is the patriarchal (femininity/natural downpressing) mindset that is at the heart of white/male supremacy.
Linear vs. Circular
Once we see that circles encompass and never end and we see that lines dissect and separate, we must sight the obvious differences of those aspects. So there should be no mystery that ones who grasp a sole biblical orientation incorporate such a linear mindset. In other words, the Bible gives us a beginning through an end, a line. The Bible cites blood lineage as the qualifier of messianic appointment, on none other than the male side. I was always confused as to why Jesus was traced from David on Joseph’s side of the family...Joseph had nothing to do with Jesus’s conception. Jesus had not a single drop of Joseph's blood.
Funny how Jesus, HIM, Moses, Abraham, Heru, with all of their divinity still had to go through 9 months of absolute power in the female’s hands to enter this world (not just appear out of nowhere). Yet the linear/phallic emphasis completely outshines the circular/womb in every aspect other than Nature...is there really mystery that the world (babylon) is controlled by ones who buy into the non-natural highlighting of whiteness and masculinity? Seeing that a line separates/dissects, is it so mysterious that the enemy's strength lies in the strategy of divide and con-quer?
However, one thing strikes me... The one who states "why I reject Goddesses" seems to hold a conservative Rastafari position. Is it truly a Nyabinghi or Bobo Ashanti or Twelve Tribes premise that acknowledges wombmen and properly re-positions them to (their throne) "goddess" status? To my understanding, Rastafari (movement) began as an extension of christianity. HIM was taught and educated in a Christian background, so it should be not be a mystery that there are ones who grasp the “The Only Words” that show "The Only Way" as taught by “The Only Son” with women serving only in support.
There are many who have taken Rastafari to the next level and are unfolding Universal self/truths (AND those who have not). But we must be mindful that we have to give ones the right NOT to venture off of the reservation...the right NOT to seek deeper than only one book...the right NOT to search beyond HIM...the right NOT to challenge or question what they have accepted as "The ONLY word of God"...and the right NOT to question misogynistic premises.
But ones also have the right to challenge words written in faith and belief, when seeking facts and truth, especially when such faith and beliefs pose a continued threat to indigenous and feminine natural truths. When certain ones claim faith and beliefs as facts and truth, then he/she should be able to support their claims with more than just chapters and verses. Can anyone think of absolute proof other than what can be experienced, witnessed and shared (reasoned) in Life/Nature?
It is indeed a right to reject Goddesses, Astrology, Astronomy, Pantheons, Karenga, or whatever else one wants to reject...but as another poster stated, they reject you too.
