People say "goddess worship" like that phrase encompasses everything about revererance for women, or our first mother. That phrase can cover the worship of a lot of different feminine things and beings.
That goddess that people like rhodes were worshipping is not same as our original mother. They were worshipping what they come from not what we come from.
If you are going to worship anything besides the unknowable, unnameable Creator, it's rediculous that it not be your Mother. The great Creator aint no god/goddess. All worship outside of [It] is Ancestor worship. So why wouldn't we revere our mother before our father? She's the one who bore pains to give life to us?
