Re: THE HIDDEN KINGDOM OF AFRICA " KINGDOM OF LADO

MR MASAMBI ,

Your Question ( YQ ) : What has been the response of the Governments of those nations that you have engaged ?

My Answer ( MA ) : Politically to say , even if these African Countries do not respond to Lado ' s Appeal to them , it is quite understable and their Silence means Concents giving to Lado . These Countries in a wide Political view and a part cannot dare to shoulder a responsibility as their are damn tied up to their Head of State ; this is the typical example of these countries to Take the Decisions to be made by London ( B . O . C . OFFICE ) .

What is ( B . O . C ) ?

My answer to this lies in my essay produced under topic :

LADO IN ISSUE : ROOT MEANING OF SOVEREIGNTY

Re : Independence for lado

By RONALD (ladostate@yahoo.com)

LADO IN ISSUE : THE ROOT MEANING OF SOVEREIGNITY ----

Sovereignty : ALSO IN SUDANIC - LUGBARI - " LUI " LANGUAGE TERM KNOWN AS " NDUVUNDUVU "

Sovereignty is the exclusive right to exercise supreme authority over a Geographic Region, Group of people or oneself. Sovereignty over a Nation is generally vested in a Government or other Political agency, though there are cases where it is held by an individual. A monarch who rules a Sovereign Country can also be referred to as the Sovereign of that country. The concept of Sovereignty also pertains to a Government possessing full control over its own affairs within a Territorial or Geographical area or limit.

In International Law , Sovereignty is the exercise of Power by a State, De jure sovereignty is the legal right to do so; De facto sovereignty is the ability in fact to do so ( which becomes of special concern upon the failure of the usual expectation that De jure and De facto Sovereignty exist at the place and time of concern, and rest in the same Organization).

Foreign Governments recognize the Sovereignty of a State over a Territory, or refuse to do so. For instance, Since Ambassadors are only exchanged between Sovereign High parties, the Countries recognized and between themselves , often entertain De jure diplomatic relationships by maintaining Offices of Representation , such are then Embassies created there in the Sovereign Countries than otherwise Sovereign Countries prefer to entertain by appointing Lower scale Institutions Headed by Consulates and High Commissioners only to non Sovereign countries which Great Britain henceforth can only send on a simple Diplomatic cover up to her African Commonwealth countries High commissioners but not Ambassadors at all . Certainly on Diplomatic Principles other Sovereign Countries like U.S.A , FRANCE , CHINA , RUSSIA , ETC---can not bow down to send representatives at Ambassadorial levels to these African Commonwealth countries . A plain truth , there are journalists who are shouting on radios and television , should know in the first place , otherwise we are being laughed at . If you are attentive at all , you will notice that ,all the African Heads of States in the countries can , are greeted with a Military gun salute of 19 shoots but not 21 shoots which is reserved only to the Chief of States of the Sovereign States . In the case to this , The Diplomatic trend meaning is that the King / Queen of England and Northern Ireland who is also the Chief / Head of State of the Commonwealth countries can not be treated at par level with our African leaders . In concept of Law therefore the Africa leaders can only be and considered as Governor Generals , a post which a black had to take over of the white Governor Generals in the Colonial offices ( B. O . C . ) The meaning of Independence to us blacks meant that ; but not changing administrative political decision makings . Our land areas accordingly belong still to the Whites as Overseas Lands in the sense of Law to supply whites still in the values of raw Materials and Human resources since we do not up to now even clearly understand to Defend ourselves of simple matters like interpretating the meaning and uses , applications of what is already before the eyes of all . Very sad indeed for all of us . It seems like Africans are till slaves and copy and speak foreign Languages like parrots . Well for the moment in this context is given the overall pratical sense of Soveregnity in relation to and what heavily effects like it has on us , but there are considerations of Soverenity in other implications which I will like to show in brief type examples :

Tribes Soveregnity refers to the right of tribes or of Federally recognized American Indian nations to exercise limited Jurisdiction within and sometimes beyond reservation Boundaries . Another overall look at of Soveregnity are : Two entities without territorial Possessions are recognized as Sovereign Subjects under International Law, namely Holy Sea (separacy in international law vis-á-vis Vatican city, which has a very small amount of Territory) and that of - Order of Malta .

Take a look at the roots ( Etymology ) of the word Soveregnity ; The etymology of the word Sovereignty, with origins in the Latin , Super, conveys the idea of " Overness ". In some Regions of the World, such as Quebec the word " Sovereignty" has become the preferred synonym for National Independence . Compare the Maori term Rangatiratanga , and the concept of Self Determination . Different views of Sovereignties elsewhere one can come across : There exist vastly differing views on the Moral bases of Sovereignty. These views translate into various bases for legal systems :

Partisans of the Divine Right Kings , argue that the Monarch is Sovereign by divine Right, and not by the Agreement of the People. This, pushed to its conclusion, translates into a system of absolute Monarchy.

Most Democracies are based on the concept of popular Sovereignty : Ultimately, Sovereignty is vested in the people, who freely grant the exercise of it to the Government.

Anarchists and some Libertarians deny the Sovereignty of States and Governments.

Supporters of Democratic gGobalization consider that Nation - States should yield some of their power to World Organization controlled by World Citizens instead of being organized as now in an Inter - Governmental basis

N.B . _ The key element of sovereignty in the legalistic sense is that of Exclusivity of Jurisdiction . Specifically, when a decision is made by WHO ?

THIS IS THE BIGEST DILEMA NOW FOR THE AFRICAN PEOPLES TO FACE ; THE SOVEREGNITY ISSUE .

LADO KINGDOM REFUSED TO BOW DOWN TO THE BRITISH AUTHORITY SINCE FROM 1947 OVER THIS ISSUE OF SOVEREIGNTY WHICH CAN NOT BE SURRENDERED TO GAIN INDEPENDENCE FROM THE KING / QUEEN OF ENGLAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND AS MOST AFRICANS SO DID AND TODAY REMAIN UNDER THE SOVEREGNITY OF ENGLAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND AS THE OVERSEAS AFRICAN COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES ( B.O.C ) . B.O.C SIMPLY MEANS AND HAS NOT CHANGED AT ALL ( BRITISH OVERSEAS COLONIES ) . THUS CONTROLLING THE BASIC POLITICS AND ECONOMY OF THESE COUNTRIES

KINGDOM OF LADO.

RE : - INSTITUTE OF SUDANIC STUDIES

Your Question ( YQ ) :

But then, you are seeking to revive an ancient Kingdom, and this raises questions about the legitimacy of your struggle. How far back should any of us go? For example, I am of the Buja Kingdom, which existed for a few hundred years up until the colonisatio of the land now called Zimbabwe. If someone where to fight to re-establish its Independence, someone else would stand up for the revival of the Munhumutapa Empire- and Buja is on land that previously belonged to Munhumutapa. Where would it end?

My Answer ( MA ) :

I think the answer to you question is not how far we go backwards to trace to establish or re - establish Kingdoms , I would rather say how far do we respect our Genean Identity and preserve it . Unfortunately as I have I explained above in the issue of Sovereignty , it depends on the African Intellectuals to view properly the mind thinking in saving their Indentities as other world populations do . The basic Human development of co - existence lies deep in the sense of Tribe - Phylosophy of which Africa is a part . But the Western - European methods of imposing Education , crippled the minds of the present most Africans to believe that forming States is based on the formation of Nation - States on the Western - Eastern World Population thought Principles . -- ( Intellectual Rubbish anyway ) . If you destroy Tribe , you simply destroy Indentity . In short what the rest of the World says is that their Tribalism is Nationalism and the African Nationalism is Tribalism which is BAD It is because of this changed Mind thinking that the African Kingdoms got easily destroyed by the Europeans . ( cf - the Legal Rights the Europeans gave to themselves to defeat the African Minds in Articles 6 & 15 of the Berlin Treaty ) . Unless there is another Treaty done to cancell the Berlin Treaty , the Defeated African Kingdoms cannot come back . ( This is an Issue of Broad Basic Law ) . Since Lado has never signed a single Agreement with any single Foreign Power ( Inclulding Britain on Commonwealth Affairs ) from the time of Berlin Treaty till todate , Lado has a Legitimate Right to its Freedom Independence Sovereignty and to choose with whom to cooperate . - ( Inernational Relations Affair )

Your Question ( YQ ) :

I am sure Lado claims land in what is now Uganda, Kenya etc. Is that not likely to create problems?

My Answer ( MA ) :

The Boundary of Lado has always been Exclusive - Lado Boundaries to these countries you are mentioning . However if you really want to know about the Boundary Line Issues of these Countries May I ask to discuss it with you on my next writings ?
