Capitalism supports the "state" system and preserves classist and bourgieous societal heirarchies. it keeps the wealthy in power while exploiting the means of production (i.e. people, resources) for the gain of a few individuals. the State and Capitalist systems must be destroyed. it is my view that a form of Anarcho-Syndicalism would better suit the upliftment, healthy life and freedom of the Masses of people. we MUST return to a more communal way of life. Nyerere's Ujamaa village model was a good step in this direction (even though it ultimately was not totally sucessfull)
i would recommend reading, "African Anarchism: The History of a Movemant" by Sam Mbah and I.E. Igariwey
