thanks for featuring the 'lovely' queen! none other than Westmoreland's own Miss Jamaica Festival Queen,  Katrina Grant: 10/14/08.  She is beautiful and smart too!! The perfect person to represent Westmoreland!!! We want the tribute to Hon. Peter Tosh to proceed in Westmoreland in an honourable manner!! Walk good.  I am etc. Martin F. Reynolds
