This week’s programs feature an interview with Lebanese activist Mohammed Chehab on current events in the Mid-East and the latest analysis from Chairman Omali Yeshitela.

And don't miss the live report from Miami on the case of 7 African men being framed on charges of terrorism and sedition. The political nature of this case, built against 7 impoverished Africans, has serious implications for the rights to political dissent in the U.S.
 
International People's Democratic Uhuru Movement President Chimurenga Waller will be in Miami this Sunday, meeting with the families and neighbors of the Liberty City 7. 9:00 a.m.:  "Colonialism is Bad for Your Health".  Jenny Joseph, African midwife from the British West Indies and currently practicing in Orlando, Florida. returns to Uhuru Radio by popular demand to discuss the benefits of natural home birth and offer tips for healthy pregancy and childbirth.
 
10:00 a.m.: "Africa Live". Nyabinga Dzimbahwe of the African People's Socialist Party interviews Mohammed Chehab, Arab and Lebanese activist. While living in Beirut in 1982, Chehab and his neighbors rushed to organize transport and shelter for survivors fleeing the infamous Israeli massacre of Palestinian refugees in the Sabra and Shatilla camps. Today he resides in Tampa, Florida and is a member of the Arab American Relations Forum and an outspoken advocate for Palestinian rights. A wealth of information on historical and current events in the Middle East, Chehab will take live questions and comments from listeners.
 
12:00 p.m.: "Omali Yeshitela Speaks". Listen to the speech delivered by African People's Socialist Party Chairman Omali Yeshitela last Sunday at the Uhuru House in St. Petersburg, Florida, in which he discusses the current Israeli aggression in the Middle East, providing historical context and anticipating the future course of international relations in the region. He also presents a well-documented review and analysis of the historical contention between Garvey's "Africa for Africans, At Home and Abroad" Movement vs. the Pan-Africanist Movement of W.E.B. DuBois.
 
1:00 p.m.: "Uhuru on the Move". The weekly program of the International People's Democratic Uhuru Movement features a live report from Miami on the case of the Liberty City 7. Call-in with your questions and comments.
 
2:00 p.m.: "White Solidarity with Black Power". This week's program of the African People's Solidarity Committee will address the role and responsibility of white people in relation to the growing international resistance movements of African and other colonized people.
 
3:00 p.m.: "Revolutionary Reggae" DJ Speedy presents the island sound, Uhuru style, with revolutionary, reggae vibrations.
 
5:00 p.m.:  "The Music Speaks" Experience lyricists, producers and DJs from the US to the UK, expressing oppressed peoples' conditions through hip-hop. Hosted by St. Petersburg hip-hop sensation, Bombai.
