ROOT MEANING OF SOVEREIGNITY : THE WHITE MENS ROLE ON AFRICA

Sovereignty : ALSO IN SUDANIC - LUGBARI - " LUI LANGUAGE TERM - MEANING " NDUVUNDUVU "

Sovereignty is the exclusive right to exercise Supreme Authority over a geographic region, group of people or oneself. Sovereignty over a nation is generally vested in a government or other political agency, though there are cases where it is held by an individual. A monarch who rules a sovereign Country can also be referred to as the Sovereign of that Country. The concept of Sovereignty also pertains to a government possessing full control over its own affairs within a territorial or geographical area or limit.

In international law , sovereignty is the exercise of power by a state, De jure sovereignty is the legal right to do so; de facto sovereignty is the ability in fact to do so (which becomes of special concern upon the failure of the usual expectation that de jure and de facto sovereignty exist at the place and time of concern, and rest in the same organization).

Foreign governments recognize the sovereignty of a state over a territory, or refuse to do so.For instance, Since Ambassadors are only exchanged between Sovereign high parties, the Countries recognized and between themselves, often entertain de jure diplomatic relationships by maintaining 'offices of representation',such are then Embassies created there in the Soveregn Countries than otherwise Sovereign Countries prefer to entertain by appointing Lower scale Institutions headed by Consulates and High Commissioners only to non Sovereign countries which Great Britain henceforth can only send on a simple diplomatic cover up to her African Commonwealth Countries High Commissioners but not Ambassadors at all .

Certainly on Diplomatic Principles other Sovereign Countries like U.S.A , FRANCE , CHINA , RUSSIA , ETC--- can not bow down to send representatives at Ambassadorial levels to these African Commonwealth Countries . A plain truth , there are journalists who are shouting on radios and television , should know in the first place, otherwise we are being laughed at . If you are attentive at all,you will notice that, all the African Heads of States in their countries can , are greeted with a military gun salute of 19 shoots but not 21 shoots which is reserved only to the Chief of States of the Sovereign States . In the case to this , The Diplomatic trend meaning is that the King/Queen of England and Northern Ireland who is also the Chief/Head of State of the Commonwealth Countries can not be treated at par level with our African leaders .

In concept of Law therefore African leaders can only be and considered as Governor generals , a post which a black had to take over of the white men Governor generals in the Colonial offices : the British Overseas Colonies ( B.O C . )

The meaning of Independence to the blacks meant that ; but not changing administrative political decision makings . The land areas accordingly belong still to the Whites as overseas lands in the sense of law to supply whites still in the values of raw materials and human resources since the blacks do not up to now even clearly understand to defend themselves of simple matters like interpretating the meaning and uses , applications of what is already before the eyes of all . Very sad indeed for all of us blacks . It seems like , Africans are till slaves and copy and speak foreign languages like parrots .

Well for the moment in this contex is given the overall pratical sense of Soveregnity in relation to and what heavily effects like it has on us blacks , but there are considerations of Sovereignity in other implications which I will like to show in brief type examples :

Tribes Soveregnity refers to the right of tribes or of federally recognized American Indian nations to exercise limited jurisdiction within and sometimes beyond reservation boundaries Another overall look at of soveregnity are : Two entities without territorial possessions are recognized as sovereign subjects under international law, namely Holy Sea (separa y in international law vis-á-vis Vatican city, which has a very small amount of territory) and Order of Malta .

Take a look at the roots ( etymology ) of the word Soveregnity ; The etymology of the word sovereignty, with origins in the Latin super, conveys the idea of "Overness". In some regions of the world, such as Quebec the word "Sovereignty" has become the preferred synonym for national independence . Compare the Maori term rangatiratanga , and the concept of self determination . Different views of Sovereignties elsewhere one can come across : There exist vastly differing views on the moral bases of sovereignty. These views translate into various bases for legal systems:

Partisans of the divine right kings , argue that the Monarch is Sovereign by divine right, and not by the agreement of the people. This, pushed to its conclusion, translates into a system of absolute Monarchy.

Most democracies are based on the concept of popular sovereignty : Ultimately, Sovereignty is vested in the people, who freely grant the exercise of it to the government.

Anarchists and some libertarians deny the Sovereignty of States and Governments.

Supporters of democratic globalization consider that Nation - States should yield some of their power to world organization controlled by world citizens instead of being organized as now in an inter - governmental basis

N.B . _ The key element of sovereignty in the legalistic sense is that of Exclusivity of Jurisdiction . Specifically, when a decision is made and by WHO ?

THIS IS THE BIGEST DILEMA NOW FOR THE AFRICAN PEOPLES TO FACE ; THE SOVEREIGNITY ISSUE .

LADO KINGDOM STILL OCCUPIED BY BRITAIN IN AFRICA REFUSED TO BOW DOWN TO THE BRITISH AUTHORITY SINCE FROM 1947 OVER THIS ISSUE OF SOVERENITY WHICH CAN NOT BE SURRENDERED TO GAIN INDEPENDENCE TO THE KING / QUEEN OF ENGLAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND AS MOST AFRICANS WERE TRICKED, SO DID AND TODAY REMAIN UNDER THE SOVEREGNITY OF ENGLAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND AS THE OVERSEAS AFRICAN COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES ( B.O.C ) . B.O.C SIMPLY MEANS AND HAS NOT CHANGED AT ALL ( BRITISH OVERSEAS COLONIES ) . THUS CONTROLLING THE BASIC ECONOMY OF THESE COUNTRIES .
