Some has just put to me that  " Christianity is based on love and never had anything to do with slavery, and anybody who has ever got involved in slavery is not a Christian " .

IN MY VIEW :

The question is does this person  think that  other religious faiths including " ORI faith " in Africa for example are not based on Love ? I hope He / She is not inventing by associating only that the wording term Love means Christianity . Good and Bad Samaritans are in every faith but look at such of Christianity which always passes unmentioned . So one as well finds it hard to believe in this hype of Christianity where the Bad Samaritan hides :

The Bad Samaritans

One day I would like to ask those people and organizations, who have cast themselves in the role of cChampions of the Oppressed, Defenders of the Poor and all round Good guys :

Have you ever asked yourself if you actually are out to help for the sake of being helpful or merely casting yourself in the highly ego boosting role of world saviour, with bunch of poor folks as props in a play designed to inflate your own self image ?

One would like to ask, do you believe that anyone not living in accordance to Western norms, Ideals and Standards of living, as well as thinking is suffering, and must be rescued from the hideous poverty and suffering such a lifestyle must entail ?

Furthermore it would be interesting to find out, if you honestly believe that so-called aid and development assistance is designed to help developing nations and not ( as it does ) cripple, entrap and destroy, any chance these nations have of attaining a harmonious and positive growth as human societies ? Finally I would like to ask, who died and made you God ? By what authority do you deem yourselves empowered to decide for whole peoples ( i.e. Africa ) how they should live, what they should eat, how many children they should have, how they should have sex, what they should think, etc ?   Take in for example the recent case in Chad clearly illustrates what I am talking about. It is a clear case of how those, supposedly falling over themselves to save Africa and Africans, will go in their so - called quest. To the eyes of an observer it seems to be more a case of neo – colonialist arrogance, if anything.

A French NGO ( Non Goernmental Organisation )  Kidnaps other peoples children from a remote region in Chad to give them to French people who would like to have some children. We can call it kidnapping, though some might argue that we are dealing with child trafficking, in fact if we were to be blunt, one could raise the question, hasn’t the slave trade been abolished ?

Take a look at this

" Families in France had already paid up for the delivery of a healthy young African “orphan” according to French government sources. And all this was done in the name of saving the long suffering children of Darfur. These caped crusaders still stubbornly argued to the last they had acted only with the intention of saving lives and doing good " . The mind boggles!!!!!!!

What springs to mind is the apparent belief these characters have : that they are empowered to take responsibility for the life of other people and impose what they believe is best according to their norms and values, regardless of the wishes, needs and wants of those they claim to be helping.

Often in cahoots with the foreign offices of oppressive mass consumption societies such as UK or USA and multinationals these “saintly ” NGO`s and civil society advocates, disguised in the holy robes of human rights, practice their velvet glove approach to the neo - liberal globalist agenda.

An example of this is contained in the “ Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights ” of December 4th , 2000, a document in which USA, UK, multinationals like Rio Tinto, Chevron, BP and Texaco, as well as Ngos such as Amnesty International and Human rights watch come together in a unholy alliance designed to spread the holy gospel of human rights through business and civil society.

Either they (the NGOs) are naïve or they are part of the capitalist mafias, today’s power elites. Which ever one it is, they are instruments of colonisation as long as they operate with the sanction and to the Christian blessing of the coloniser.

Like their spiritual forefathers, the Missionaries who Murdered the Africans Mentality and Destroyed the Africans Willingness to resist - and not to mention much of the African Culture - with talk of Jesus and the Virtues of being Meek and Mild, today the Africans are overrun by those who preach of Civil  Society and human Rights in order to disarm the Africans mentally and leave them Defenceless, Socially, Mentally, Economically, Politically etc.

Further more to say  NGOs tend only to  provide ample job opportunities for a multitude of professionals in the West  overdeveloped nations of the world .  " Charity is an industry " . In order to truly understand how this works one must understand how aid works.

According to the Real Aid report 2 by action aid International about 50 percent of all aid is what is termed as phantom aid : it is - just to mention a few examples - double counted as debt relief, poorly targeted, tied to donor goods and services, highly conditional and finally and most interestingly spent on technical assistance ( consultants, research and training ). Technical assistance in 2004 amounted to a 19 billion dollars, a quarter of global aid flows.

Africa has no need for those who come to make a living off the suffering of  her people. Nor has she a need for paternalistic neo - colonisers who know what is best for the Brute Black Savages. What Mama Africa needs is for her children to take responsibility for their lives and destiny and never again accept themselves inferiors with  with  no dignity and sense of self worth,

'TIs sad indeed what is continuosly happening to the black pyche  Angry .
Even our black leaders don't care about us.

Have you ever asked yourself if you actually are out to help for the sake of being helpful or merely casting yourself in the highly ego boosting role of world saviour, with bunch of poor folks as props in a play designed to inflate your own self image ?

My sentiments exactly...

Black man, you are on your own. The more reason why us, as strong black women, we need to stand with our brothers as one divine being.

Can you imagine in say, 3 coming black generations...the true African family will be wiped out if we stand on opposite sides of the fence.

you hit the nail right on the head there.......hit myself in the head in my brief experiences with this ngo / foreign aid stuff.  suppose I knew it all along, just thought I might do it differently.  Once one experiences what is going on "on the ground" it does not take a sherlock holmes to figure this scam out.  You realize you're part of the scam. Your wrote about it very effectively though.

One either has something to fairly trade or one doesn't.  If not, spend money as a tourist...then leave.

I read an essay on this site citing the late north korean dictator Kim Il Jong as a  hero to aspirations of asian people (!!!!!).  Hero worship is often the road to ruin and dovetails with the things you have written about relating to the destruction of the mind creating the helpless, meek dependent.  It is dangerous to even write about the late Kim negatively, or his son or their pal, Sung Myung Moon, these are extremely dangerous networks tied into people who most who read this site would consider their enemies! . It is staggering to think that anyone could think of a puppet ganster as a hero to anyone, but that is typically the case.  Still surprised concerning the hero worship of Chavez '" ..at least he's doing something about...'" and that sort of thing.  There is gross old world manipulation of asia, africa and the americas coming about full circle at the hands of the self proclaimed sole governing body of Christendom, the RCC and its jesuit soldiers of mind war - perhaps chavez' string pullers. Of course, we should not forget the other missionaries, especially the Christian Zionist Evangelicals and all the rest.  Isn't it Chavez who is engaging in a huge military buildup, a clandestine thought police and an all out war against cannabbis in Venezuela?  Behind most major anti cannabbis campaigns is found the RCC drunken tobbacco addicts. Just fairly listen to Chavez inane speeches, its mostly about him, a hero, using dictatoria powers to take from one element of society and hand it over to another NOT LAND AS IN THE CASE OF SOUTH AFRICA, BUT MONEY.  It's mostly designed to whip up ignorent superstitious fears and beliefs to gain political support from brain washed peasants run by "liberation theology" jesuits.  These people play every side of the street cynically and ruthlessly to gain a hidden agenda of a tech-fascist society of church controlled feudalism.  A well educated, strong, independant thinking populace of doers instead of beggars isn't on the agenda.

Moon, the current Kim, members of the south korean oligarchy and major elements in "other" asian countries' elites and foreign ministries are jesuit controlled dupes aping european culture, trying to be as good as white men and women.  It's pathetic when you see it first hand.  These jesuits have their fingers in everything and are part and parcel of the greater European ruling elite through, primarily, VERY LARGE REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS IN FOREIGN LANDS THEY CONTROL AS WELL AS BANKING AND ORGANIZED CRIME CONNECTIONS.  As far as the founding of the USA is concerned, it's not as simple as portrayed on this site and the torturing murdererous oligarchy of Europe was resisted in an imperfect republic founded predominantly by non christian deists, masons and other free thinkers, themselves often mudering torturing oligarchies, it is true.  So there is a reign of terror , I suggest, cycling in the world keeping us all moving in an unhealthy direction and I think you have characterized that in your posts. So the native peoples got in the way of a purged and raging element (selusa secundus) used to conquer for king and country, it just went a little off, and some of that is attributable no doubt to the influence of native american nations on the colonists- a wild card. The USA, IS different because of them and because of all the others thrown together here - highlighting the great and many contributions of AFrican American to our society even as prisoners under constant threat of torture and execution for several centuries.  That shows strenght of character and enduring culture even as repressed as that was. Amazing really.

Anyone who has seriously read the American constitution and especially the first and second ammendments would be hard pressed to argue that these are not radical theories, which is why the religious fundamentalist right and left in america resent them and are trying to overturn them. Check your rights in europe or asia compared to the legalism bound up in those two ammendments and writ of habeus corpus, etc, innocent until proven guilty (reverse in most other nations states, no writ of h.c.).

It's a hungry universe , there is struggle, catastrophe, injustice abounds - naturally - and it is natural to resist the injustice part and attempt solutions, just that some of the verbeage I read here sometimes simplifies everythign to a good and evil dichotomy (RCC) that doesn't leave much room for action other than more catastrophic cycling and I think that was my point in writing about the Musharreff Treatment earlier.  It's easy to criticize and tear down but quite another to hold many tigers by the tail and keep total chaos from erupting (Musharreff, Mbeki, maybe a tired and somwhat co-opted Mandella [we should have some sympathy for these people]).  Some, of course, advocate total chaos so that they can pick up the peices in the aftermath and concoct a brave new world with themselves at the top in a "revolution".  There's something to be considered in conservatism in its true sense, isn't that part of what Afrian nationalists are suggesting in terms of culture and values?  Well, there's always "change you can believe in"  NOT....
