Are AFrican leaders being given the Musharreff Treatment?  N.8 coined this term awhile back on another venue.  The MT is when a leader is given two choices by Imperial dictat.  In the case of Packistan, it was submit or be nuked.  With AFrican leadership, what we may not know is that "corrupt sell outs" perhaps are being given this sort of treatment, as in , "we have the technology and the resources to simply erase your country and its people, making it look like natural disasters or plagues, unless you comply."

Many countries leadership get the MT behind closed doors and N8 suspects along with some others of note that what is said would raise hair on back of neck big time and the average citizen would never beleive such ultimatums are issued.  Musharreff was bold enough to speak of it himself after last congressional elections in USA, but was premature in thinking it would gain him any leverage.  IN fact, he was suckered.

Perhaps that is grounds for Kibaki and Odinga to negotiate and for Kenyan people to come to grips with.
United with this suspicion as a basis for reconciliation and newfound policy, perhaps such boldness can only come from Africa.  Here, in USA there is no movement to speak of
