InI have been reasoning about this...Is it necessary to have a police force? Or does the presence of a police force only encourage violence and deliquency? It may seem easy to answer at first, but think: would there be less violence if the media did not sensationalize "cop shows" and show police beating down criminals? Would there be less violence in this society if the police were less visible? Of course, there are other factors, but are police actually adding to the problem rather than reducing it?

it is necesery for a police force now most definatly because there are so many violent youths. if you take a look at old sioux indian life tghey had no police because there was no need because everyone respected everyone else this is how it should be, but it will never be like that. if someone stole or did something deemed wrong they would loose respect. and in that society respect was very important it was like nowm peoles social status. I dont think police shows encourage violence at all. i think what causes the problem is hen you have alot of people on low income and have no real place in society( speaking from friends who have told me ) you become an outcast, you cant get a job because you have no skill, you spend your days doing illegal things to get money one of which is selling drugs and i know the philosophy on the street of hackney in london is kill or be killed. I blame Americans for this philosophy which is slowly taking over my country. young people in England are striding to be gangsters and drug dealers, its a an easyway to make money and it gives you power which yiou wud never have. i also blame the ridiculous music of 50 cent and all that its good music but the message being pout across you know 50 cent hes been shot more times than you could wave a stick at you know what kind of example is that. I belive role models like 50 cent have a very real input on the youth which grow up being angry and wanna carry guns like 50 cent does n all that s**t.

the police adding to it or reducing it, they are not adding and they are not reducing crime they making new crime, they are making people hate police, for obvious reasons an african gets stopped in the street for no reason the african gets anoid becase of no reason to be stopped and quite rightly calls it racism or stereotyping. this person gets so pissed off with the rest of his community and   BOOMSHANKA we got a 1981 brixton riot again ( London ) n we got another broad water farm riot ( totenham london 1984 ). the police didnt really help at all in 1984 in the broad water farm riot because a police man was murdered so they got the local guy who was already on charge for murder and said he did it no he didnt. whinston silcott was at his friends house watching kung fu movies. the police used a technique where you make the prisinor struggle let go of him and then take the picture so he is angry and looking fierce you see the police scare me because if they say you have done something you have done it because they are the law. I so wish i was there in brixton and in broad water farm to have taken part in those riots also there were a great deal of white people demonstrating against racism in the police force good on them. the police create trouble for themselves. i belive in vigilante groups

peace and hotep,

ras legacy,

civilization or barbarism. Lips Sealed 2

in a truly civilized enviroment there would not be any need for police or a military. civilization can not exist globally if barbarism has not been extinguished. kemit once attained regionalize civilization, but since civilization makes ones soft, kemit like a sleeping giant forgot about the barbarians approaching her gates. civilization breeds the contempt of barbarians. remember how the grinch stole christianity? darn barbarian and his god, i mean dog. Lips Sealed 2

ras legacy, the police state can be traced back to :

'after ausar's(UNNEFERthe good/domesticated  hare or rabbit) death,

set(h)(the symbol of seth is the bad/wild  hare that causes desolation by over consumption and over population)  [smiley=lipsrsealed2.gif]the neter of war and the abomination that  renders desolation  SEIZED THE THRONE OF GEB(god) AND RULED AS A TYRANT '

the followers of ausar were forced to flee:

rev.ch12 - ' and there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed withe the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: and she being withe child cried, travailingin birth, and pained to be delivered(saved like sisters today). and there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.  and his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delilvered , FOR TO DEVOUR HER CHILD AS SOON AS IT WAS BORN.  and she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations withe a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto god, and to his throne. and the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of god, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days............  Lips Sealed 2

as soon as heru had grown to manhood,  he challenged his evil --not the biblical concept of evil but the necessary power of opposition---uncle, set(h)  , for the right to the throne of the kingdom of geb(earth).

after many battles and challenges, heru eventually overcame(like we shall overcome) set(h), avenged the murder of his father and regained the throne of egypt through the courts of law.

during the battle, set(h) snatched away the eye of heru (hoodwinked and bamboozled)....it was identified withe the MOON and became a very popular symbol of protection.

tehuti (the scribe of the gods)  recovered the eye which was later called the uachet-eye. it was this eye(the eagle eye, as doc use to say) which heru used to revive his sleeping father. ausar was resurrected as a soul to rule the netherworld..

therefore, it is very necessary for seth to apply 'police force'.
the violence projected by the media is nothing in comparison to the massive murder and sacrifices carried out by the followers of seth. the war in heaven.

there is a war going own
a war we can not see
right vs wrong
a war that is so real----cosmicziggy Lips Sealed 2

the violence we are witnessing today is part of the last futile attempt of set(h) to maintain his control of the throne of ausar.

Yes, unfortunately in a capitalistic society like Amerikkka where 90% of the wealth lies in the hands of less than 10% of the population. Naturally you must have a military wing to protect the 10% and all of their wealth from the 90%, who will at some point realize the inequity and come for their fair share. This is the "Civilization" that these "crazy baldheads"  have set up for us to exist in.

This Furious MUST change!!

You are dead on. The police are only necessary because their are those who have and those who have not. Under Capitalism those that have not are the masses of the planet and those that have are the few multinational corporate elite, therfore for an improvement in our current shituation, capitalism must go. Sioux indian(their correct name is Lakota) life was communal...if we lived communally(on a village/tribal to nation state comparison that system would be socialism) the police would loose their function...Think about it...Who is the capitalist super power waging imperial wars to take other people's resources?(the U.S.)  Who simultaniousely has the largest prison population(the U.S.)....not a coincidence...

Personally I would take the police forces seriously if they make an effort to change conditions that prompt people to commit crimes. And the forces of "law" have made it known that they only go after the little junkie, burglar or murderer (generally poor in Black or Hispanic ghettos), but displays an incredible bias when it comes to the upper socio-economic group involved in fraud, swindling, tax evasion, price fixing and crime. IMO, the police forces and other agencies self-labeled "law and order" are the primary mechanisms of society's oppression  (of Black people especially). Their administration increase criminality and harassment of the poor no doubt.
