Obama’s War of Deception in Africa

The election of Obama as the United States ’ President is to establish a military force, an Africa Command, to wage war inside of Africa by deceiving the Presidents of Africa without letting them know U.S. imperialism’s real intention or condition. Defense Secretary of the U.S. Robert Gates on February 14, 2007, said “the new command will strengthen our security cooperation with Africa and create new opportunities to bolster the capabilities in Africa .” Through the Africa Command (Africom), and its control of the African Union, American imperialism has planned, not only to strengthen their security, but they want to establish military supremacy in Africa to mobilize its forces to take advantage of Africa’s divided states for the exploitation of her resources.

The planned Democratic Party’s elected majority in the U.S. congress on 2006, and the election of democrat Barack Obama as President of the U.S. in 2008 was to save George Bush’s face, with a pull out militarily of Iraq on the one hand, and exemplifies the frailty of America’s economy and foreign policy in relationship to Africa and the world on the other. The U.S can no longer pay for the wars in either Iraq or Afghanistan , with money or lives.

The European capitalist class drive for oil, and the sell of military armaments throughout the world during the last eight years, featured George W. Bush being used as a battering ram for profits in the oil industry, and for war at the behest of this class. This has caused irreparable damage to the U.S. economy, and a loss of trillions of dollars as a result of the illegal wars in Iraq and Afghanistan . Some other impairments that resonate throughout the U.S. economy are its home loan crisis, dying car industry, budget deficit of “$1.2 trillion”, and a debt, as Fidel Castro stated is “$12,666 trillion”. Hillary Clinton in her bid for the presidential nomination of the Democratic Party while debating Obama stated, “the U.S is borrowing money from China to buy oil from Saudi Arabia ”. Hence, the necessity to put a colored face on U.S. imperialism without the white supremacist baggage of George W. Bush—in a futile endeavor to repair U.S. capitalism. However, while George Bush was destroying the U.S. economy, he was creating a network of military programs throughout the length and breadth of Africa, with the cooperation of shortsighted and quisling African presidents, and has now centralized the process under the Pentagon, and placed a “black” face on the entire operation to wage a war for Africa’s resources.

THE COLORED FACE OF IMPERIALISM

By putting a colored face on U.S. imperialism, it conceals their military strategy and attempts to avoid the antagonistic contradiction of capital and labor—which will lead to the inevitable crash of the U.S. economy. European capitalism has surmised that Obama’s new face of deception will function to strengthen the relationship between African Presidents and U.S. neo-colonialism to further its interest and save America ’s economy. The redirection of its military force from Iraq toward Africa seeks to mask America ’s real economic conditions, and establish, with Obama as President, U.S. military supremacy. The aim is to wage war, in accordance with African leadership, against the people of Africa as they take back their resources.

Domination of Africa’s resources would give America , so the capitalists think, the competitive edge over the rest of the world in the area of trade and the extraction of Africa ’s resources. Obama has been placed in front of U.S. imperialism to win the hearts and minds of the African masses world wide, so as to set Africa up for America ’s “war on terrorism.” This in turn will give them the advantage needed to protect U.S. investments and interest in Africa to cover up the U.S. economy’s weakness and diminishing influence among nations around the world. This is why Russia has refused to allow the U.S. military presence and interest on its borders, which includes their expressed policy of preventing America ’s missile defense shield in Poland . The Russians have also thwarted U.S. imperialism’s attempt to manipulate the Georgian government into war against Abkhazia and South Ossetia in order to further their oil interest in the area.

The same military strategy is being used, with different tactics, in Africa with Obama’s new face in order to secure U.S. national interest. The role of Africom will be to station U.S. troops wherever they are taking Africa ’s resources under the guise of fighting a “war on terrorism.” Former U.S. Ambassador to Chad , Donald R. Norland, announced during a House Africa subcommittee hearing in April 2002 “that for the first time, the two concepts Africa and U.S. national security have been used in the same sentence in Pentagon documents.” The unstated assumption is that any measure taken against the acquisition of Africa’s resources, especially in oil revenues, poses a security threat to U.S. national interest, which means military force will be used to protect those resources. The securing of resources militarily presupposes economic interest, and political control and influence are dictated by those economic interest. Any threat against economic interest means the enactment of war.

The second in command of Africom, Vice Admiral Robert Moeller in a presentation at an Africom conference held at Fort McNair, on February 18, 2008, declared that protecting “the free flow of natural resources from Africa to the global market” was one of Africom’s “guiding principles” and specifically cited “oil disruption”, “terrorism” and the “growing influence” of China as major “challenges” to U.S. interest in Africa.” George Bush has bought off African leadership in order to install U.S. military supremacy, so as to implement its guiding principles for Africom’s military superiority. The U.S. arms deliveries and military training programs for Africa increased from about $100 million in 2001 to approximately $600-800 million in 2008. African presidents are selling out Africa ’s resources in this war of deception, the same way the African people were sold by many of the chiefs during slavery. The current neo-colonial African puppets president’s capitulation to capitalism, is a continuation of the class of vassal chiefs who sold the land, resources, and people’s labor during colonialism.

George Bush’s State Department’s assistance programs for Africa are going to be put firmly under Pentagon control, and Africom places oil and military as number one and two goals of its Africa policy. Therefore, the U.S. military programs to be mentioned in this article will be “combin[ed]” under Africom and controlled by the Pentagon. This is the process for waging a war of deception, just as Sun Tzu mentioned in the Art of War.

THE U.S. WAR AGAINST AFRICA

The U.S. Africa policy has always been war with Africa . The U.S. shot down two Libyan jets in North African air space on August 21, 1981, and bombed Tripoli and Benghazi on April 14, 1986, in an attempt to kill Qaddafi. The bombings killed Qaddafi’s daughter and many innocent people, and were an attempt to destabilize Libya (the country with the highest living standard in Africa ). In 1989, the U.S. shot down two Libyan jets. In August 1998, the U.S. launched a number of cruise missile attacks on Khartoum Sudan , killing innocent women, children, and babies. In December 1992, the U.S. invaded Somalia with 28,000 troops, and in April 2007, the U.S. navy bombed Somalia from off its coast.

But if the U.S. cannot win two wars fought in the Arabic Islamic world ( Iraq and Afghanistan ), it would be even more impossible to redirect and win a “war on terrorism” in Africa , because of its economic weakness. An African world of 1 billion people, which includes part of the Islamic world, and 14% of its own population being African, coupled with a failing economy, America would cut off its nose despite its face.

Since Obama has European heritage that ties him into Europe , and parentage which links him to the African Islamic world, the European capitalist class view him as a President that can be used because of his multi-ethnicity, in several ways. He will be Commander-in- Chief of the most technologically advanced military in the world, with nuclear weapons at his disposal. In addition, he will be in control of the largest and most despised spy network on earth (CIA and FBI)—a nemesis to African people world wide. Obama’s image will be used effectively to recruit Africans born in America into the U.S. military to wage a war of deception inside Africa . It will be under the false pretense of a “war on terrorism” for Africa’s resources (i.e. gold, diamonds, nickel, manganese, chrome, rubber, bauxite, oil, iron ore, uranium, copper, cobalt, coltan, and titanium), all of which are necessary for America ’s industries. The U.S. has a Tripartite Plus Intelligence Fusion Cell Program based in Kisangani Congo , to ensure the U.S. and Israel access to Congo ’s gold, diamonds, uranium, platinum, and coltan. The neo-colonial governments in Africa that protect this foreign interest are Congo-Kinshasa , Rwanda , Burundi , and Uganda .

The U.S. needs allies, and since part of his lineage is African, Obama will try to persuade African leaders in Africa, the Caribbean, and the leaders of Asia, South and Central America, and the Arab world of the indispensability of waging America ’s wars. The skepticism of the U.S. ’s European allies to help fight is demonstrated in their failure and losing posture in Iraq and Afghanistan . The self imposed exclusion of European allies, while the U.S. realigns itself with African neo-colonial governments, guarantees the needed cannon fodder to fight America ’s capitalist class “war on terrorism.”

The prerequisite for an “effective” foreign policy for U.S. Presidents, demands that they be able to deliver Africans on the battlefield in the interest of capitalism, to shed their blood to determine the Presidents loyalty to white supremacy. As this process is carried out, it will include the recruitment of Africans in Africa by America ’s International Military Training and Education Program, which brings African military officers to U.S. military academy’s and schools for indoctrination. The countries involved in this program are: Botswana , Ethiopia , Ghana , Kenya , Nigeria , Senegal , and South Africa . To consolidate this program and continue the deception, George Bush hired William “Kip” Ward, an African born in America , as commander of Africom. Ward is a four star general, who participated in the invasion of Somalia in 1992-1994.

A voluntary military of white men fighting two illegal wars have proven ineffective. The U.S. has never won a war without a strong African male presence in its military. Obama as Commander-in- Chief, and William Ward commander of Africom will play the same role as the traitorous U.S. military Joint Chief of Staff, Colin Powell, in the Iraq war of 1991 – recruiting and sending oppressed Africans to war on behalf of a white supremacist capitalist enemy against people (in this case Africans) who are just as oppressed—by the same enemy. The U.S. has two programs that manipulate Africans in Africa along same lines: The Africa Contingency Operations Training and Assistance (ACOTA) and Africa Center for Strategic Studies (ACSS), which are part of the National Defense University in Washington for the next generation of African military officers. This is the School of the America ’s for Africa . These two programs cover the entire African continent, but the countries that are involved are: Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.

A SHIFT FROM U.S. HEGEMONY

The world, however, has changed since 1991, Asian countries such as China, Japan, North Korea, India, and Vietnam, are in no way kowtowing under the thumb of U.S. hegemony and imperialism. The Arabic Islamic world is fighting U.S. imperialism, and Oil Producing Exporting Countries (OPEC) fluctuating oil prices is causing serious problems for the U.S. economy, and the European Union is distancing itself from the arrogance of U.S. militarism – NATO is obsolete, and the European Union has its own military. This is especially true since European nations gained nothing by following America into two illegal wars, while simultaneously losing many of their sons, and hundreds of billions of dollars in investments from the sub prime home loan fiasco in the U.S. In South America revolutionary and progressive countries are rejecting U.S. imperialism, and are using their oil and resources for their people’s development—especial ly in Venezuela .

The U.S. is being removed as the world’s “only superpower,” isolated from world politics, while U.S. capitalism is self destructing in the process. Obama will be used as a multi-ethnic façade, in a vain attempt to rescue America ’s image, with a pretentious effort, as if they are ready to sit at the table with the rest of the world to rectify the world’s economy as a global partner. The entire world recognizes Obama as a disguise to buy time for the U.S. to stabilize its own economy, while they wage a war of deception for Africa ’s oil. In July 2002, Assistant Secretary of State Walter Kanstein declared, “African oil is of strategic interest for us and it will increase and become more important as we go forward.”

The U.S. is able to provide 50% of its own oil, and by 2015 they have projected that 50% of its oil will come from Africa – according to the U.S. Department of Energy in 2002. The Bush administration has already defined African oil as a “strategic national interest and a resource that the United States might choose to use military force to control.” Obama as an individual does not control the U.S. capitalist system – the converse is the case. As a result, he has no other choice than to follow the Bush administration policy of implementing Africom in the drive to extract Africa ’s oil. Thus, the U.S. has in place a Trans-Sahara Counter Terrorism Interactive Partnership Program, which targets threats to U.S. oil and natural gas operations in the Sahara region. Countries involved are Chad , Algeria , Mali , Mauritania , Morocco , Niger , Senegal , Tunisia , and Nigeria . To further secure this resource of oil, there is the U.S. Navy Maritime Partnership Program, which interfaces with the Trans Africa militaries in ports and off shore, to provide oil platform security. The African Presidents who have agreed to this arrangement are from Angola , Benin , Cameroon , Congo Brazzaville, Congo Kinshasa , Equatorial Guinea , Gabon , Ghana , Nigeria , and Sao Tome and Principe .

Barack Obama’s election as President is needed to provide deceptiveness to make the world think the above mentioned programs will be used to provide security for Africa, but in actuality they’re devised to give the U.S. a stronger foothold militarily in Africa to wage war. Barack presidency’s intention is to make the world and Africa think America has changed. The U.S. no longer wants the world to see them as a white supremacist settler colony, with its tentacles of exploitation extending around the world. By representing the white supremacist settler colonial capitalist class, Obama is just as capable of using nuclear weapons against people of other countries to protect this class interest, as past U.S. President Harry Truman used them (i.e. Hiroshima and Nagasaki ). Barack Obama is just as willing and susceptible to exterminating a large mass of people, the same as what was done to the Indigenous People of the Western Hemisphere (over 100 million) by former U.S. Presidents – beginning with George Washington.

This holds true for invasions and waging war against innocent people of foreign lands: Truman’s invasion of Korea in 1950, Eisenhower’s invasion of Lebanon in 1958, Kennedy’s invasion of Cuba in 1960, Johnson’s war against the Vietnamese in the 1960’s, Nixon’s invasion of Cambodia in 1970, Reagan’s invasion of Grenada in 1983 and bombing Libya in 1986, George H. Bush’s invasions of Panama in 1989, Iraq in 1991 and Somalia in 1992, and Clinton’s invasion of Haiti in 1994 and bombing of Sudan in 1998, George W. Bush’s invasions of Afghanistan in 2001, Iraq in 2002 and bombing Somalia in 2007 . America ’s Trojan horse is already poised with its Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) that has a military camp based in Lemonier in Djibouti with 2,300 soldiers aimed at putting down rebellions in Ethiopia , Somalia , Somaliland, and targets Eritrea – the governments of Ethiopia , Kenya , and Djibouti have all agreed to this arrangement. The U.S. military also has a Coastal and Border Security Program whose purpose is to provide fast patrol boats, vehicles, and electronic surveillance to littoral states. In these military programs U.S. soldiers are being housed in barracks with African troops to gather intelligence on Africa ’s military in each country, under the pretext of training them.

OBAMA: A 21ST CENTURY HOUSE SLAVE

The capitalist class has placed Barack Obama in political power in the white house as a 21st Century House Slave and running dog, to implement these military programs for the interest of U.S. imperialism. Capitalism is an economic system predicated upon the exploitation of the working class for profit, and waging war is part and parcel of the various ways in which the capitalist class extracts profit from labor. Workers in different parts of the world are incited by the bourgeoisie to engage in wars, for weapons to be sold for profit, and resources to be taken. These profits will be taken by the bourgeoisie while the workers make the weapons and extract and produce the resources with their labor; shedding their blood as they are exploited by the capitalist class. Obama has no intention of changing capitalism’s rapaciousness, and since U.S. imperialism is being rebuffed around the world, Obama has no choice but to accelerate the exploitation of Africa in a war effort for its resources.

On behalf of the capitalist class, Obama declared unconditional support for Zionist Israel, even before he was elected. He pledged to increase their financial and military aid to 30 billion U.S. dollars. Israel fits within the same category as American white supremacist illegal settler colonialism, armed to the teeth, geared up for waging war against Arabs and Palestinians. Obama is a war monger just like the Bush boys, which stands to reason why he wants to concentrate America ’s war machine in Afghanistan , while giving full support to Israel ’s Zionist Government’s current massacre of the Palestinians in Gaza , with an eye on implementing U.S. military superiority inside Africa . To support this strategy the U.S. has a Joint Task Force Aztec Silence (JTFAS) which targets so-called “terrorism” in West and North Africa, and is a joint effort of the European Command (EUCOM) encompassing the 6th fleet in the Mediterranean Sea . Its base is in Sigonella Sicily and Tamanrosser air base in southern Algeria .

Obama has been conditioned as a house slave by his masters, which has developed inside of him a slave mentality. He wants to carry out a military strategy initiated by Bush in Zimbabwe , similar to the way the house slave would administer whippings when Africans were caught planning rebellions on the plantation. The Zimbabwe African National Union—Patriot Front (ZANU—PF) and President Mugabe are the only group of people, world wide, who have liberated their land militarily from an illegal white settler colonial state. The liberation process was in opposition to Britain and the world’s leading white settler colony—the U.S. Zimbabwe is the only country in Africa that has not bowed down to U.S. militarism.

Through the indigenization, seizing the land and economic empowerment programs, President Mugabe and ZANU—PF are securing their own resources, and distributing them among the African masses, against the terroristic machinations of Britain and U.S. neo-colonialism. Since Zimbabweans are controlling their own resources and military, they do not need U.S. Africom military domination, unlike many African neo-colonial puppets, who have entered into military arrangements with the U.S. , while their resources are being stolen. Obama displaying his house slave status, sought to continue the war against African people by sponsoring a sanctions bill against Zimbabwe in the U.S. Senate (July 2007)—even before he won the presidency of the U.S. This was his litmus test to ensure that he is a genuine house slave, and ever ready to eliminate freedom fighters at the command of white masters in Washington . This is a clear example of how Obama plans to implement America ’s military strategy to take Africa ’s resources.

Implementing America ’s military strategy in Africa is not the only aspect of his character that reveals him as a 21st Century House Slave. While he will be waging a war of deception in Africa, saving European capitalism and defending the U.S. constitution, his wife, children, and Africans born in America, are still defined as 3/5th (60%) of a human being by the same constitution. The U.S. constitution is a white supremacist document that has two other degrading references about Africans, which legalized and reminds them of their enslavement. Obama, a lawyer and graduate from Harvard Law School (Ivy League) will be the first head of state in the annals of world history who will govern under and defend a constitution with articles that define his wife and her people as former slaves – less than humans. No group of human beings on the face of the earth are governed under a constitution with humiliating circumstances as such. Is this “change we can believe in?” If you’re someone that can be easily deluded by American capitalism and Obama’s lies the answer is “yes we can.”

Obama will be overseeing the intelligence community of the U.S. (C.I.A. and F.B.I.). Will he disclose information beneficial to Africans whose votes were the main impetus for him assuming the U.S. Presidency? Will he make available information on the role of the CIA in overthrowing governments in Africa; Patrice Lumumba of the Congo in 1960, the overthrow of Kwame Nkrumah in Ghana in 1966, the FBI’s role in the assassination of Malcolm X, the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr., the murder of Fred Hampton, and the FBI neutralization of Marcus Garvey in the 1920’s. Will Obama come forth with information on the FBI’s Counter Intelligence Program’s (COINTELPRO’s) intentional destruction of the Black Panther Party and Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee? Perhaps Obama will instruct Leon Panetta, his newly selected Director of the CIA, to make available information in regards to propping up dictators like Mobutu of Zaire (1965-1997), Houphet Boigny of Cote D’Ivoire (1960-1993), Ian Smith of Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe (1953-1980), Said Barre of Somalia (1978-1991), Arap Moi of Kenya (1978-2003), Banda of Malawi (1962-1995), and the military support given to the racist apartheid regime of South Africa (1910-1994), Paul Biya of Cameroon (1982- ), Yoweri Museveni of Uganda (1986- ). Will Obama say “yes we can” to exposing the role of the CIA in training mercenaries and arming reactionaries in trying to overthrowing legitimate governments such as mass murderers like Jonas Savimbi of UNITA in Angola, Dhlakama of RENAMO in Mozambique, and the Selous Scouts of Zimbabwe. Since 1950, 186 military coups have taken place in Africa and 26 wars, many of them inspired by the CIA. Will Obama provide information on the CIA’s role in these coups and wars?

Africom will serve as a major vehicle for U.S. covert action in Africa, because U.S. civilian funds will be channeled through Africom’s budget and therefore, be controlled by the Pentagon. The money for Africom will also permit private military contractors (mercenaries) like Blackwater , USA Dyncorp and Triple Canopy to expand their operations throughout Africa .

The world wide capitalist controlled press is trying to make it appear that Obama’s multi-ethnicity, disqualifies him from continuing the U.S. war waged against Africa and African people. Daniel Volman, Director of African Research Project stated, “Bush has reached access agreements, allowing American troops to use airfields in Senegal, Uganda, Ghana, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Zambia, and Namibia. In Nigeria , Benin , and Cote D’Ivoire access agreements are being discussed.” The U.S. has a Cooperative Security Locations (CSLS) and Forward Operations Locations (FOLS) which gives them access to airbases and other facilities in Gabon , Kenya , Mali , Morocco , Tunisia , Sao Tome and Principe , and Algeria . The financing of military agreements Bush has provided for these Africom programs, makes it impossible for Obama to choose a course outside of war in Africa .

Many of the African countries, because they receive IMF and World Bank loans, are being forced to sign non-surrender treaties with America . These treaties state that U.S. soldiers who commit crimes in Africa must be repatriated to the U.S. to face charges and cannot be tried in Africa . These two developments are prerequisites for a country’s establishment of military bases in another country. Although Liberia has agreed, negotiations are being held with Morocco , Algeria , Egypt , and Kenya to establish a headquarters for all U.S. military operations in Africa . In November 2008, Obama stated in a memo to Kenyans “we are looking for a base in Africa to build our Africom headquarters, and Lamu is one of the likely locations. In the event you accept our request, we will make Lamu a deep sea port and build a railway line from there to Ethiopia , our other strategic ally in the region”.

With a “black face” in political power, the U.S. sees this strategy as putting them in a better position than China , Japan , Russia , India , or the European Union, to extract Africa ’s oil and resources. China has out maneuvered the U.S. in becoming the number one exporter of industrial products in the world, and is providing lower interest loans to African governments, offering better trade deals, giving scholarships to students, developing industrial projects, and building the energy sector in Africa . With a failing economy, the only way the U.S. can compete with these countries and China is by facilitating its economic recovery through a military strategy of waging a war of deception against African people for their resources, and by using the military of African states against these competing interests. For example, Meles Zenawi of Ethiopia kowtowed to U.S. foreign policy and invaded Somalia in 2007. With Ethiopian troops in a contrived fabrication of a “war on terrorism”, they disrupted the peaceful process the Islamic Courts were engaged in to stabilize Somalia .

The U.S. is the only country that has an ambassador at the African Union level, which will allow them to surreptitiously continue its “war on terrorism” based upon the aforementioned military programs. By having influence at the head of states level, it gives them the authority to use, and coordinate through Africom, African Union troops against African people to serve its own imperialist interest. African Union troops are currently in Somalia and Sudan based on the U.S. ability to pay for their maintenance, carry out their foreign policy objectives in Africa, and protect America ’s economic interest.

OBAMA AND THE U.S. ARE THE REAL TERRORIST

Consequently, they have the African Partnership Station (APS) in which the USS Fort McHenry battle ship travels throughout Africa, training and being a liaison with local African military personnel to ensure oil production security in view of fighting so-called ‘terrorists’. The irony of America ’s “war on terrorism” is that historically the U.S. has always used terrorism to wage war against Africa and African people. Africa has never waged a terrorist attack or threatened the U.S. , or any country outside of its borders with violence. But America has tens of thousands of nuclear missiles and weapons of mass destruction aimed at almost every country in the world. They have more nuclear missiles and weapons of mass destruction than any country in the world. Who is the real terrorist?

Terrorism is defined as “the use of organized intimidation systematically to evoke extreme, intense and overpowering fear with violence or the threat of violence. The United States of America is obviously assigned to this classification as a country that practices State Terrorism against Africa and other nations throughout the world.

After 500 years the Indigenous People of the Western Hemisphere are being terrorized on small patches of land in North America . Africa was terrorized and families, communities were destroyed by American slave catchers, and its people were enslaved in the U.S. and terrorized for 400 years. Now Africans in America are going to be recruited into Obama’s military to fight a “war on terrorism” in Africa after being terrorized and stripped from their homeland Africa , with whips and chains, by the same terrorist American enslavers!

U.S. neo-colonialism in Africa, the Caribbean, and South and Central America is equivalent to International State Terrorism. Strangling the economies of 53 African countries with various types of crippling austerity measures after being forced into IMF and World Bank loans, extracting and exploiting resources, thereby creating starvation, wars, division, disease, poverty, and under development, are all acts of terrorism. The arming of reactionary mercenary groups, destabilizing African governments, inspiring coups, fomenting ethnic violence and wars, propping up dictatorial puppets, CIA covert action, supporting murderous illegal settler colonial reactionary regimes, bombing various countries in Africa, imposing sanctions on genuine elected governments (Zimbabwe and Sudan), the enforcement of Africom and its various programs, U.S. naval fleets in African waters, the establishment of U.S. military bases on Africa’s soil, and the looming threat of the use of nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction, demonstrates clearly that the U.S. has diabolically designed a system of International State Terrorism, aimed at intimidating African countries to dispense of their resources with the use of violence or the threat of violence. These components of U.S. foreign policy are a systematic way of terrorizing African countries at a state level. The new colored face on U.S. imperialism waging a war of deception in Africa, means Barack Hussein Obama, as America ’s President, is the foremost exponent of terrorism in the world.

According to the Sullivan Foundation, Barrack Hussein Obama, at a “Presidential Town Hall Meeting Africa Questionnaire” in October 2007 stated, “there will be situations that require the United States to work with its partners in Africa to fight terrorism with lethal force. Having a unified command operating in Africa will facilitate this action.” This is a clear indication that Obama will not hesitate to wage war in Africa to kill African people for oil and resources in the interest of America ’s national security.

Barack Hussein Obama’s job is to make it appear that America ’s intentions are not as such. The deception that the European capitalists have planned is to have Obama use this system of International State Terrorism, to camouflage its real intentions of maintaining the U.S. position as a “super power” inside of Africa militarily, while extracting Africa’s oil and resources to buttress it’s failing economy, to prevent trade deals and competing interest of other countries from entering the continent.

From the information contained in this article, it’s crystal clear that the comprador class that were removed from power in Ghana during the recent elections (December 2008) who for eight years conspired with the U.S. to exploit Ghanaians, have entangled the country in a number of military agreements with the U.S., to secure America’s economic interest. Will the newly elected President of Ghana, John Evans Ataa Mills, allow the continuation of Obama’s war of deception, only to have Ghanaians terrorized out of their gold, diamonds, oil, cocoa, manganese, bauxite, and timber? Or will President Mills organize the economy so that the Ghanaian working masses, agricultural and industrial workers take control of Ghana ’s resources to create free education, free medical care, decent housing, electricity and water in every village, jobs to develop the industrial sector, sustainable agricultural projects, and affordable transportation and food costs? The people of Ghana got a glimpse of U.S. military’s presence in Africa when U.S. troops were called in by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government to intimidate supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at the Electoral Commission (EC) when they were demanding the vote count for Ghana’s Presidency. Obviously this is a consequence of the many military programs that are combined under Africom, controlled by the Pentagon, and operating in Ghana . .

The deception of Obama’s war in Africa will come when those Africans in the U.S. military start fighting in Africa and begin to cast off their uniforms to fight U.S. imperialism by joining the African masses in defense of their motherland Africa – similar to the Africans that defected from the U.S. military during the Vietnam War. The deceit will become even more deadly as the war thought to be waged in Africa will see Africans in America began to organize urban guerilla warfare, as a qualitative upgrade from the urban rebellions of the 1960’s against the U.S. government, and its 21st Century House Slave Barack Obama in his attempt to strengthen U.S. neo-colonialism in Africa . Marcus Garvey said, “Africans the world over will never be free until Africa is free”. Obama’s war of deception places him in opposition to the freedom of African people world wide.

The people of Africa have a history of fighting Europeans in anti-colonial wars during the 19th century and revolutionary liberation movements (1950-1980), so defeating Obama and America in their war of deception is no exception. This will be the determining factor and a qualitative difference for African people as they have no alternative but to organize a people’s army on a continental scale for the “combination” of their struggle against American military aggression and neo-colonialism. Similar to the heroic people of Zimbabwe and President Robert Mugabe who has not entered into any of these military programs with Africom—allowing the U.S. military to operate in their country. The historical forces have necessitated African people organized on a global level to uproot American and European imperialism and the African puppet leaders that collaborate with them, from every inch of African soil, so that the African working masses own and control their resources under an All African Union Government.

Faith of the fooled

Why do people (and here Africans seem to excell ) willingly relinquish all their power ( ability to make and realize choices ) ? So freely and willingly giving it away to all manner of individuals and institutions ( governments, media personalities / idols, churches, armies, social movements, etc) and thereby hand over control of ones ability to lead and organise a life of creativity, productivity and most importantly of all freedom.

In my view, and in particular in the face of the " Occupied State of Lado still in Africa " it has to with the fact that Africans ( We Africans ) have been convinced that doing otherwise " to what Euopeans or the Americans or Anglo - Americans " say will mean the end of our hopes to be able to lead a dignified human existence or our ability to do the same. We are conditioned to believe that we are not capable collectively and individually, to organise ourselves and to organise amongst ourselves.

The so – called masses need the enlightened, the more gifted, " the talented tenth " to show the depraved, backward commoners the way. We are indoctrinated into believing we would revert into a wild savagery plundering, raping and murdering if there was nobody to control and police our wicked selves.

The whole neo-liberal globalisation agenda being implemented through national governments is preached as if there is no other option to how humanity can organise itself. If we don`t follow this path, of what amounts to economically based global terrror, then the sky will fall down, the earth will open up and fire brimstone will rain from the sky, we are told, by the prophets of profit. And we end up believing it. This is but one example of what we define as the faith of the fooled.

The governments - to take another example - insist without their presence we will degenerate into chaos. We are told and taught to put our faith in them, allowing ourselves to be managed and administered by those who are endowed – according to themselves - with the expertise / knowledge and personal abilities required to run and organise human society.

Yet this knowledge is kept within circles of government and the associated social strata from where government recruits.The rest of society are seen as a mass to be controlled and utilized as a resource, not free human beings with hopes, dreams and aspiration. And therefore educations which would instill managerial and administrative
skills as well as a true understanding of the mechanisms of society and state are withheld from the general population.

Now if a government truly strived to gurantee the wellbeing and harmony within a society, it would, in our view, seek to empower and enlighten the people it served aiming for a day where it ideally would be uneeded.

It would aim for, as long as it was required to be as unintrusive as possible. The goal would be, to aid in the process of the peoples quest to gain power over that which affects their life, instead of as it does currently, to gain power over the people, with the individual members of government (ministers and civil servants) setting themselves apart from the rest of the society.

A government – if people feel the need for one - should be an institution, which offers to the people the means, which can facilitate the process, by which they collectively and individually realise their creativity and freedom. It should be a midwife to the aspirations, visions and dreams of the society(ies) which it serves.

It must be of the people, for the people and a servant of the people. Unfortunately those in the buisness of governance often become a seperate class distinct from the rest of the population and often seek to consolidate and spread their field of control upon the rest of society

The aim a government should envision for the society of which it is a part, is that of a collective of individuals who can take responsibilty of their life and cooperate on a communal level of their own volition, creating what ever institutions are necessary to deal with day to day practicalities of living together as a society and in conjunction with other societies.

Instead – and African governments are a perfect example of this – in addition to their own control agenda, the majority of governments generally spend most of their time and energy protecting the interests of the powerful and wealthy at the expense of the majority.

These elites, to whom most governments owe their true allegiance - irrespective of what ever song and dance they perform about so - called democracy- have become wealthy through dispossesing the majority of the rest of society of the land, resources, means of production and most of all their time. Altering this status is what the controllers of society define as chaos. Redressing this injustice is what they define as mayhem.

As long as the economic wheels keep turning and the elite maintain their elite status then no amount of suffering, violence, injustice and blantant criminality is considered chaotic or detrimental to the development and life of the societies or individuals in question.

Governments basically have become the means by which an elitist minority implement their vision of a society. A society where their vital interest are the only thing that truly matters.

The diposessed are granted the great honour of becoming the workforce of the upper layers of the society, or to function as a cheap labour reserve pool, or they are just eradicated .Those working can recieve printed pieces of paper and circular metal discs which they return to
the government and companies (owned by the same elites) who employ the disposessed, in return for goods and services.

As most governments are in allegiance with and often servants to vested interests (the elites), its becomes a case of the right hand washing the left. It works, due to the simple fact that, it is easier to deprive a people of everything they own and claim the market forces did it and that their only hope is to accomodate these same forces, meaning work as a wage slave for the same group of people behind ones initial disposession, than wacking them over the head and scream WORK !!!! in their face. The government then plays the role of being the institution that will make sure the basic animal rights of the human farm animals are guranteed or rather apparently guaranteed, at best.

This is how we come to be farm animals, giving up our entire lives, our power, to get up on a treadmill which proportionally only yields us crumbs while a minority gain enough loaves of bread to open a chain of bakeries.

We become domesticated because we have been fooled, convinced into placing our faith, hope and trust in an international gang of crooks and thieves (with national affiliates) who benefit from our political naivity and are only too willing to feed it through all manner of indoctrination spread via mass media outlets, that carefully supportand nurture the mindset that views the majority of politicians and captains of industry as benevolent and responsible leaders.

In reality we are for the most part dealing with people whose sole interest is power, wealth and status for its own sake. Placing yourfaith foolishly in hype is more than just being misinformed; it is lethal, for it allows the global structure to continue its plundering and its destruction of humanity. It is to abdicate ones responsibility as a human being and to give away ones human dignity.
